Why Praxis
Praxis Leadership was founded by Aaron Thompson MBE, a senior leader, facilitator and consultant with nearly twenty years’ experience leading people, operations and organisational change in demanding environments.
His approach is shaped by military service, senior operational leadership, postgraduate research in change management, professional fellowships, and speaking on the TEDx stage.
Aaron founded Praxis Leadership to make leadership development practical, memorable and usable, helping managers turn learning into visible behaviour at work.
