His focus is practical leadership: clearer decision-making, stronger teams, and performance that holds under pressure. Clients value his direct style, steady presence, and ability to help leaders strip away distraction and focus on what truly matters.
Through Praxis Leadership, Aaron’s purpose is straightforward. He helps leaders grow in ways that last - strengthening their people, their judgement, and their organisation when it counts most.
Our Values
At Praxis Leadership, our values aren’t just words on a page — they are the foundation of how we work with our clients. Courage, excellence, and integrity guide how we work, how leaders make decisions, and how teams thrive. They ensure every action we take drives trust, confidence, and lasting impact.
Integrity
Leadership is built on trust, and trust comes from acting with honesty, transparency, and respect. We model integrity in everything we do and help leaders embed it in their own behaviour and decision-making. It ensures teams operate with consistency, accountability, and a shared sense of purpose.
Courage
Real leadership requires facing uncertainty, making tough decisions, and stepping up when it matters most. We help leaders develop the confidence to act decisively, take calculated risks, and guide their teams with clarity even under pressure. Courage is the foundation of resilience and innovation.
Excellence
We hold ourselves and the leaders we develop to the highest standards. Excellence means going beyond theory, combining real-world experience with evidence-based practices, and delivering results that make a tangible difference. It’s about creating leaders and teams that consistently perform at their best.
05
Data Informed
Everything we teach is grounded in what works. We draw on evidence, honest feedback, and results from real teams. This keeps the content sharp, practical, and focused on actions that make a genuine difference in performance and culture.
04
Behavioural Focused
Training only makes a difference if it changes what people do. We go beyond sharing information and focus on small, repeatable actions that shift behaviour. This is how leaders develop new habits, strengthen relationships, and create long-term change in their teams.
03
Scalable
Whether someone is new to leadership or has years of experience, the approach adjusts to meet them where they are. It works for small teams, large groups, and multi-site organisations. This flexibility means you can grow leadership capability at every level without losing quality.
At Praxis Leadership, we believe learning is best when it is practical, personalised, and backed by evidence. Everything we do is guided by five core principles that turn leadership theory into action. These principles ensure every programme builds real skills, creates measurable impact, and strengthens leadership at every level.
02
Client Centric
Every organisation is different, so the work needs to fit your culture, pace, and goals. We shape everything around what you actually need, not a fixed template. This means your leaders get support that feels relevant, practical, and aligned with the challenges they face each day.

01
Experiential First
People learn best by doing, not by sitting through long presentations. Real practice builds confidence and creates habits that stick, so every session puts leaders into situations where they can try, reflect, and improve. This approach helps ideas click faster and gives people the courage to use new skills the moment they walk back into work.
